Jordan Travis threw for two touchdowns and ran for another and Jashaun Corbin rushed for three touchdowns, allowing Florida State to build big leads twice on the way to defeating visiting Duke 56-35 on Saturday at Tallahassee, Fla.

The Seminoles (3-6, 2-6 ACC), who hadn't played since Nov. 14, ended a three-game losing streak with one game remaining next week at Wake Forest. They hadn't won since an October upset of then-No. 5 North Carolina.

Duke (2-9, 1-9) finished the season on a four-game losing streak, giving up at least 48 points in each of those.

Travis was 13-for-18 for 192 yards through the air. He also was Florida State's second-leading rusher with 90 yards on 12 carries.

Corbin, who gained 72 yards on 16 attempts, ran for touchdowns from 2, 14 and 3 yards out -- the latter midway through the third quarter as Florida State went up 42-21.

Travis opened the scoring with a 7-yard pass to Ja'Khi Douglas. He ran for a 27-yard touchdown to begin the second-half scoring and later threw a 68-yard touchdown pass to Douglas.

Florida State's Lawrance Toafili had a 73-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter for the team's second one-play scoring possession in a row. He finished with 117 yards on seven carries.

Duke quarterback Chase Brice was 7-for-17 for 81 yards with a touchdown throw and two interceptions before departing with a second-half injury. Running back Mataeo Durant rushed for 127 yards on 13 carries.

Florida State led 28-0 in the first quarter before Duke posted the next 21 points and then moved to the Florida State 18-yard line late in the first half before three holding penalties doomed that possession.

Brice threw 26 yards to Eli Pancol for Duke's first points in the last minute of the first quarter. Following Travis' interception, Durant scored on a 64-yard run as the Blue Devils cut their hole to 28-14. Then Durant burst for a 39-yard run before teammate Deon Jackson's 1-yard TD run, making it 28-21 before halftime.

Jackson threw a touchdown pass in the fourth quarter.
